Thank you to all who attended our March 21st meeting!
We appreciate our guests, Mary Beth Ikard with the Mayor’s office and Jennifer Carlat with the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, for presenting information on the proposed transit plan. While HAP is not intended to make political statements or to represent any particular side of any issue, we wish to present the facts so that you may make your own informed decisions. These ladies offered a lot of insight into a very complicated and emotional subject, and we thank them.
Our next meeting will be somewhat out of sequence. We will be doing an evening meeting on Wednesday, May 2 so that we may present the winners of our Antioch High School art contest and award prizes to these talented students. Additionally, we will have a member of the Metro education system speaking on how businesses can support local schools, and what’s in it for them!
We will meet from 5:30 to 6:30 at the same place, Entrance B at 301 S. Perimeter Park Drive. Please mark your calendars for May 2 and join us for networking and sharing of information.
